Cloud services may include version history and recovery features. We review those features against your retention, access and restoration needs rather than assuming they cover every scenario.

How quickly can we recover?

Recovery time depends on the systems, backup design and incident. We define objectives and practical limits during planning; a universal recovery time is not assumed.

Are server and Microsoft 365 backups included?

Coverage is specific to your plan. We identify the servers, PCs, cloud data and other systems included, along with any services priced separately.
